The Rewards NW Conference makes the safety of its exhibitors, sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees a top priority. As COVID-19 evolves, we are closely monitoring the response by healthcare and government officials to ensure your protection. We will continue to update our sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees as any changes are made.
The Rewards NW Conference will take place in-person at the Lynnwood Convention Center, with a virtual attendance option. In person attendees should be aware of the following policies:
Vaccinations are required
Attendees of the in-person Rewards NW Conference must be fully vaccinated. In general, people are considered fully vaccinated:
-2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
-2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
-Following guidance from state health officials and the CDC, we encourage booster shots as well
Upon arrival, staff will check for proof of vaccination. This can include your physical vaccine card, display/copy of your state vaccination record, or a photo of your vaccine card. If you have questions regarding proof of vaccination, please email hannah@socialenterprises.net.
After verifying your vaccination status, staff will provide a wristband for easy identification. Please wear your wristband for the duration of the event.
Face coverings are required
To further protect our attendees, and our larger community, face coverings will be required for the duration of the event. Face coverings must fully cover the mouth and nose.
Exceptions to wearing face coverings are during meals, and while speakers are talking during their program segment.
Covered outdoor patio space is available during the event for safe mask breaks.
Unable to attend in person? We are live streaming the full conference and virtual tickets are on sale now!
Do Not Attend
You should not attend the in-person event if you are COVID-positive, are exhibiting COVID symptoms (as defined by the CDC), or have potentially been exposed to someone who was COVID-positive or showed COVID symptoms within 14 days prior to the event. The Rewards NW Conference will issue a refund, or convert to a virtual ticket, anyone fitting this criteria.
Additional Safety Measures
The Lynnwood Convention Center is committed to providing a safe space for attendees, with enhanced cleaning protocols, PPE requirements, revised menu options, and air quality improvements.
Meals will be served in self-contained, reusable bento containers to make eating as safe as possible while still being sustainable.
The Rewards NW Conference will have additional masks and hand sanitizer on-hand for attendees.
Let us know of any additional safety measures we can take to ensure a safe environment in October. Send as an email at hannah@socialenterprises.net. with suggestions and/or recommendations.
